Zeppleme has partnered with a reliable courier service to ensure timely and efficient delivery of
your much awaited order. Once your order is placed and confirmed we shall send you the tracking details. Be assured that your package will reach you in perfect condition and on time, barring anyunforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with your order, don’t fret, simply return it, and we will accept it back, no
questions asked (subject to the below mentioned conditions). For the ease and convenience of our
customers, we have a hassle-free Returns Policy.
Every return is subject to acceptance within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a full
refund. Please note: No returns will be accepted for products sold under any ‘Sale’, ‘Discount’,
‘Offer’ or ‘Promotion’.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order placed with us before the it is shipped out. Zeppleme strives to ship
orders swiftly and efficiently, so once placed all orders are immediately transferred to our
warehouse to be fulfilled. Orders that are processed and shipped will not be cancelled.
 
How to return a product?
1: Make sure to ship back your entire set in its new, unused, unworn condition within 15 days of
delivery.
2: The original tags, packaging, labels etc. should be intact.
3:  Enclose your invoice inside.
4: We can arrange for the parcel to be picked from certain locations. Get in touch with us to check
if your pin code falls under this service. In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our
address. Enclose a copy of the courier receipt to get a refund for the courier charges.
 
What are the products that cannot be returned?
1: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or a lingerie
set that includes panties.
2: A product that has been sold as part of a multipack cannot be returned as an individual item.
3: Items bought under discount during sales, special promotions, using credit coupons or promo-
codes cannot be returned.
4: We reserve the right to refuse returns where it's found that the item has been worn, washed, or
soiled.
 
How much time does it takes for the process of exchange and issuing of credit or refund?
1: Upon receiving the original products back in our warehouse and passing of quality inspection, it will take minimum 15 working days to process any refund/exchange via the original payment
method or issuance of credit to your wallet.

2: In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, it will will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of return request from the customer.
